I'm interested in using traditional materials to create an experience rather than a solitary object. My current work-in-progress, Tramps l'oeil (http://tramps-loeil.tumblr.com/), is an attempt to do this via an anonymous internet persona, appropriating images from blog communities and repurposing them as analog paintings that draw attention to the curatorial power of these communities as well as the tension between source material and artistic intent.
